Cosco Industries accepts returns of manufacturer defected products for a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase. Items purchased on Cosco Industries may be returned by mail only to the following address:

Please note: Cosco Industries does not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges.  

In all cases of defective items, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Cosco Industries is able to refund shipping and handling charges only in the case of manufacturer defects. Cosco Industries will not accept returns for any made to order or special request products, except in cases of manufacturer defect.
